Resonance is an experiment in sound and fermentation. Music moves us, but we’re not the only ones. There’s research which suggests that yeast is also stimulated by music. This is our inspiration. From propagation to packaging, the yeast in Resonance will be sonically stimulated, energised and soothed with a special selection of classical music, curated by NZSO Associate Conductor Hamish McKeich and played directly into the beer using a submersible speaker.
